Machine Learning, Robotics, and Control (MLRC)

Master’s studies in Machine Learning, Robotics, and Control (MLRC) are intended for graduates who have basic knowledge from different fields of engineering and wish to deepen their expertise in several research directions. The Machine Learning, Robotics, and Control graduate program has an interdisciplinary curriculum built on engineering branches such as automatic control, applied informatics, computer engineering, robotics, communications, and electronics.

Intelligent Manufacturing and Automation (IMA)

Intelligent Manufacturing and Automation places particular emphasis on the integration of intelligent manufacturing technologies, but also on knowledge of industrial engineering, modeling and optimization, quality engineering, and automation.

Distributed Systems and Web Technologies (DSWT)

The Distributed Systems and Web Technologies master’s program offers graduates basic programming and algorithm design knowledge and specialized knowledge in the field of parallel and distributed computing, including advanced algorithms specific to this paradigm, the design of distributed applications, cluster, grid and cloud technologies, service-oriented programming and many more.

Innovations in Biotechnologies Vegetables, Enzymatic and Microbial (IBVEM)

Master Program IBVEM is a modern and interdisciplinary study program offered in the chemical engineering domain. This program aims to combine chemistry, biology, and engineering giving graduates advanced scientific knowledge, soft skills, intellectual flexibility, and global vision, all of them required for a thriving global industry such as biotechnology.

Structural Engineering (SE)

Master Program “Structural Engineering” is a modern interdisciplinary study program offered at the Faculty of Civil Engineering since 2005/2006. It is the first master's program taught in English in the field of Civil Engineering in Romania. The master's program is intended to help the students gain expertise in designing civil engineering structures and develop skills in construction project management, finite element analysis, and not only.

Environmental Management and Sustainable Energy (EMSE)

Environmental Management and Sustainable Energy (EMSE) is an interdisciplinary Master of Science Programme based on a modern curriculum oriented towards the sustainability of resources, processes, and energy. EMSE is the first English-taught master’s program in the field of Environmental Engineering in Romania (since 2010). Due to its performance in education and research, this program is ranked as the best in the country. The program offers in-depth knowledge in the Environmental field, thus perfectly responding to the HR training needs of companies, governmental/non-governmental organizations, research institutions, and policymakers.

Information Technologies for Telecommunications (IT4T)

The Master’s Degree Program “Information Technologies for Telecommunications (IT4T)” assumes the mission to train graduates to become IT&C specialists able to use valuable scientific, technical and cultural-humanistic knowledge, to contribute to the technological, economic and social-cultural progress of the Romanian society and of the contemporary worldwide society.

Automotive Electronic Control Systems (AECS)

The “Automotive Electronic Control Systems (AECS)” addresses graduates (BSc) with engineering degrees granted in Electronics, Automatics, Electrical Engineering, or even Mathematics, being started with the main scope of preparing the new generation of engineers, able to respond quickly and efficiently to the new challenges from the automotive industry.

Telecommunication Technologies and Systems (TTS)

The program focuses on telecommunication technologies and systems, including both fundamentals and specialized topics related to modern applications. We aim to offer our students a broad range of cross-disciplinary technical competencies, including the knowledge and abilities needed to conceive, design, implement, test, and operate modern communication systems.

Industrial Design (ID)

The Industrial Design program prepares students for a career in fashion and the textile industry. Our goal is to provide engineers with abilities, skills, and attitudes suited to finding solutions to the problems associated with products, processes, and services, such as design, development, and management of integrated systems.
